Matthew Froehlich is a Camp Hill chiropractor who serves the both Camp Hill and the surrounding areas in PA .
Matthew Froehlich seeks to improve his chiropractic patients' health and wellness in all areas of their lives. Dr. Froehlich likes to treat the "whole person" in his work as a chiropractor, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, which usually arise from imbalances in the spinal column. Under Dr. Froehlich's supervision and care, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.
Matthew Froehlich is a native of Johnstown, graduated from Greater Johnstown High School in 1985, and from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 1999.
Matthew Froehlich first experience with chiropractic was at age 27 when he herniated a lumbar disc. "when the disc herniated, it felt like a white hot needle shot from my lower back to the back of my knee…" I had chosen to see a chiropractor instead of a medical doctor. Even at that time, I didn't believe in surgery as primary intervention. It took 3 months of chiropractic care before my back was feeling almost pain free, and another 2 years before I could do most things without re injuring my back. I know what its like to live with back pain. Once you injury your back there is always a possibility of re-injury.
Matthew Froehlich uses a variety of techniques to address health issues. On your first visit we will do a spinal scan consisting of thermography scan and a surface EMG scan. These two pictures help to detect any underlying problems you may have. If the only thing I ever adjusted was the point of pain, I would never really fix the problem.
Matthew Froehlich attended Life Chiropractic College West, in Hayward CA, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and certified through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
